Cyberpunk 2077 Best Builds: V Loadouts That Dominate Night City
Cyberpunk 2077 best builds — netrunner, solo, ninja, and hybrid builds that make V unstoppable in Night City post-2.0 update.
Cyberpunk 2077 post-2.0 update overhauled the perk system, cyberware, and combat balance. The old builds don't work — everything was rebalanced. Here's what dominates Night City in the current version.
Build 1: Netrunner (Intelligence)
The concept: Hack everything. Enemies die from quickhacks before they know you exist. Cameras become weapons. Every electronic device in Night City is your tool.
Attribute priority: Intelligence 20, then Technical Ability 15+, Cool 12+
Core cyberware: Cyberdeck with high RAM capacity. Militech Paraline for RAM recovery. Monowire as backup melee (scales with Intelligence).
Core quickhacks: Contagion (spreads through enemy networks), Synapse Burnout (direct damage), Short Circuit (tech enemies), System Collapse (ultimate hack).
Playstyle: Scan enemies through walls, upload quickhacks from cover, watch health bars melt. At max level, you walk through missions without firing a weapon. The most powerful build in the game.
Build 2: Solo / Sandevistan (Reflexes + Body)
The concept: Time-slowing cyberware with massive weapon damage. Activate Sandevistan, kill everything while time is frozen, deactivate.
Attribute priority: Reflexes 20, Body 18, Cool 12+
Core cyberware: Sandevistan (any tier — Militech Falcon or QianT Mk.4 are best). Gorilla Arms or Mantis Blades for melee. Subdermal Armor.
Core weapons: Any automatic rifle or shotgun benefits from the slow-motion damage window. Katanas become lethal with Sandevistan — close distance instantly, slash, move to the next target.
Playstyle: Activate Sandevistan. Time slows to a crawl. Kill 5-8 enemies before they react. Cooldown. Repeat. The most fun build because the power fantasy is visceral.
Build 3: Stealth Ninja (Cool + Reflexes)
The concept: Optical camo, silenced weapons, throwing knives, stealth takedowns. Ghost through Night City without anyone knowing you were there.
Attribute priority: Cool 20, Reflexes 18, Intelligence 12
Core cyberware: Optical Camo (invisibility on cooldown), Monowire or Mantis Blades, Lynx Paws (silent movement).
Core weapons: Silenced revolvers (one-shot headshots from stealth), throwing knives, katana for when stealth breaks.
Playstyle: Scout with cameras, pick off isolated enemies, use Optical Camo to reposition. When caught, switch to Sandevistan or katana combat. Most versatile build for mixed stealth/combat.
Build 4: Tank / Berserk (Body + Technical)
The concept: Maximum health, maximum armor, walk into gunfire and punch everything to death.
Attribute priority: Body 20, Technical Ability 18, Reflexes 12
Core cyberware: Berserk operating system (damage boost, damage reduction), Gorilla Arms, Subdermal Armor, Biomonitor (auto-heal at low HP).
Core weapons: Shotguns (Carnage, Crusher), light machine guns, or just Gorilla Arms.
Playstyle: Walk forward. Absorb damage. Punch. Repeat. Less elegant than other builds but incredibly satisfying. Boss fights become arm-wrestling matches you always win.
Build 5: Hybrid Techie (Technical + Intelligence)
The concept: Tech weapons that shoot through walls combined with quickhacks for crowd control.
Attribute priority: Technical Ability 20, Intelligence 18
Core cyberware: Cyberdeck for quickhacks, tech weapon bonuses from Technical perks.
Core weapons: Tech precision rifles (charge and shoot through cover), tech pistols, tech shotguns. Enemies in cover aren't safe — you shoot through their walls.
Playstyle: Scan enemies to mark positions. Quickhack priority targets. Shoot through walls to kill the rest. Methodical, tactical, devastatingly efficient.
General build tips
Cyberware capacity determines your build ceiling. Technical Ability increases your cyberware capacity, letting you equip more and better implants. Even non-Technical builds benefit from 12-15 Technical.
Iconic weapons are build-defining. Certain iconic weapons (unique named variants) have effects that synergize with specific builds. The Lizzie tech pistol for netrunners, Satori katana for Sandevistan builds.
Don't spread attributes evenly. Max 1-2 attributes, get 2 to medium level, leave the rest low. Cyberpunk punishes generalists and rewards specialists.
Phantom Liberty DLC adds the Relic tree. If you have the DLC, the Relic perks add powerful abilities to any build.

The shortest version
Most powerful: Netrunner (Intelligence 20 — hack everything to death). Most fun: Sandevistan Solo (Reflexes 20 — slow time, kill everything). Most versatile: Stealth Ninja (Cool 20 — ghost or fight as needed). Most satisfying: Tank (Body 20 — punch everything). Universal rule: Specialize in 1-2 attributes. Don't spread points evenly.
